What Is a Suction Cup Dildo?
A suction cup dildo has a wide base designed to stick to a smooth, non-porous surface such as tile, glass, a mirror or some sealed furniture.
Once attached securely, it can be used hands-free for riding, grinding or penetration from different angles. That makes suction cup dildos particularly useful if you want to combine penetration with a vibrator or clitoral suction toy, or simply avoid having to hold the dildo in place throughout.

Shape

Length & Girth
Size is important, but beware because bigger is not always better! You can get a whole range of different sizes; from little itty bitty ones to to OH MY GOD THAT’S UNHOLY huge, but I would put money on it that you won’t be grinding on a ten inch dildo unless you’re a porn star.
Always check the insertable length rather than the total length, because the suction base is often included in the headline measurement. A dildo advertised as seven inches long may give you considerably less than seven inches of usable shaft. For many people, around five to six inches of insertable length is more than enough, particularly when the dildo is fixed in place and you are lowering your full body weight onto it. How to Use a Suction Cup Dildo
Find the Perfect Surface
A suction cup dildo needs a smooth, flat, non-porous surface to grip properly. Bathroom tiles, glass, mirrors, sealed metal and some smooth furniture can all work well. Textured tiles, grout lines, unfinished wood and uneven surfaces usually will not.
The shower wall is the obvious choice, but shower sex is rarely as effortless as it looks. Wet floors, awkward angles and the constant risk of slipping can make it much less appealing in reality – plus water washes away water-based lube making it more tricky.
The floor is often easier, particularly if you want to straddle the dildo and control the depth yourself. A sturdy chair can also work well, provided the seat is smooth enough for the suction cup to grip and the chair is not going to move underneath you.
Height matters too. If the dildo is attached too high or too low, you may end up putting unnecessary strain on your knees, hips or back. It is worth testing the position before you start rather than discovering halfway through that you have mounted it at the least comfortable height imaginable.
