I will not sell anything porous that has been used internally, refer to our materials guide here.

I will not sell anything faulty unless it is very clearly listed as faulty/spares, and these are always free with another purchase.

I also reserve the right to decide that something is not suitable to sell after all, because sometimes I am optimistic when decluttering and then common sense arrives five minutes later.

Payment secures the item. I cannot hold items without payment because otherwise this page will turn into a spreadsheet-based nervous breakdown.

Once an item is paid for, I will mark it as sold, and post it within three days of payment (usually quicker).

Postage

Postage is UK only for now, although I will consider shipping bundles of 3+ toys to Europe. For one item, postage is £3.50 via Evri and this has been added to the price if paid by PayPal. Please email first if you want more than one item, or a different postage method, and I can calculate postage costs.

I will package everything discreetly. There will be no branding on the outside and no giant sticker saying ‘Congratulations On Your Discounted Orgasm Device’.

Returns

I cannot accept returns on sample sale items.

This is for hygiene reasons and because these are discounted clear-out items, not regular shop stock.
