Lovehoney Luxury Advent Calendar 2026 Review: Worth £299?

The Lovehoney Luxury Advent Calendar 2026 is the most expensive of Lovehoney’s five sex toy advent calendars this year.

It costs a fairly eye-watering £299 in the UK / $369 in the US, although you can currently save 20% with my code SEXTOYREVIEW20, bringing it down to £239.20 / $295.20.

Lovehoney claims the 24-day calendar contains £726.74 / $908.75 worth of sex toys and accessories, including some genuinely expensive branded sex toys from Womanizer, We-Vibe and Arcwave, which certainly sounds impressive.

However, I opened the £149 Lovehoney Couple’s Advent Calendar immediately before this one, and there is quite a lot of crossover between the two. Considering the Luxury calendar costs almost exactly twice as much, I wanted to know whether it’s actually twice as good.

Lovehoney Luxury Vs Couple’s Advent Calendar: What’s The Difference?

I opened the £149 Lovehoney Couple’s Advent Calendar immediately before this one, so I was able to compare the two directly. The amount of crossover became obvious almost immediately.

There’s considerably more crossover with the £149 calendar than I expected, although the Luxury version does add several genuinely more substantial products later on. For another £150, however, those upgrades need to work quite hard.

Let’s see what you actually get.

What’s Inside The Lovehoney Luxury Advent Calendar 2026?

Day 1: Rechargeable Remote-Control Bullet Vibrator

Day one contains a rechargeable bullet vibrator with a separate remote control.

If you’ve read my Couple’s Advent Calendar review, this will look very familiar because it appears to be essentially the same vibrator, only black rather than rose gold.

It has three speeds, seven patterns, a separate remote and a pin-style charger. The remote connects immediately, with no tedious pairing process.

This bullet becomes important later because several of the toys in the calendar are sleeves or attachments designed to work with it.

Verdict: Useful, reasonably strong and versatile, but no obvious upgrade over the £149 calendar.

Day 2: Womanizer Lube And Toy Wipes

Day two contains exactly the same 60ml Womanizer water-based lubricant and Fresh toy wipes found in the Couple’s calendar.

They’re practical and they’ll probably get used. They are not, however, making me feel particularly luxurious.

Verdict: Useful consumables, but identical to the cheaper calendar.

Day 3: Rabbit Vibrator Sleeve

The Day 3 rabbit vibrator sleeve fits over the rechargeable bullet and turns it into a small rabbit-style vibrator.

The ears transmit the bullet vibrations surprisingly well, and for someone without an existing rabbit vibrator it adds another type of stimulation without requiring another motor.

Verdict: Good little attachment, but once again no upgrade.

Day 4: Padded Blindfold

The padded blindfold is soft, flexible, comfortable and actually blocks your vision properly.

I slightly prefer the rose gold and red styling of the Couple’s calendar. It felt much more festive to me. Black, blue and teal might look more expensive, but they don’t exactly scream Christmas.

Verdict: Good product. Same product.

Day 5: Vibrating Double Cock Ring

Another bullet attachment, this turns it into a vibrating double cock ring. It’s stretchy and functional, although considerably bulkier than slimmer options like the Tenga paiRING+.

Verdict: Useful if you don’t already own one, but another repeat.

Day 6: Crystal Butt Plug

And here we are again: A small, heavy, metal jewelled butt plug.

It’s attractive, and I can understand why these look good in gift sets, but I personally don’t like this style of anal toy because I prefer a much wider, more secure base like that of the Rocks Off Cocktail or LELO Surfer 2.

This one will not be going anywhere near me.

Verdict: Pretty. Potential paperweight.

Day 7: Finger Vibrator Sleeve

This is another sleeve for the Day 1 bullet. The bullet fits inside while your finger slips through a loop, allowing you to incorporate vibration into hands-on stimulation.

It works. I just didn’t find it particularly exciting when I opened the Couple’s version and the black colour hasn’t changed my mind.

Verdict: Functional, but edging towards filler for me.

Day 8: Ribbed Vibrating Stroker

A soft, transparent, open-ended stroker. The bullet fits into the base to create a vibrating stroker.

The material feels like TPE, with that slightly powdery texture you often get with softer masturbators.

It’s certainly not comparable with a premium Fleshlight or TENGA masturbator, but the open-ended design could make it quite fun to use together as a couple.

Verdict: Basic but potentially enjoyable. Another repeat.

Day 9: Vanilla Massage Oil And Menthol Pleasure Balm

Rather than giving these two products separate doors, the Luxury calendar bundles them together.

You get a small 30ml bottle of vanilla massage oil and the same menthol pleasure balm found in the Couple’s calendar.

I like massage oil. The menthol balm, which smells strongly minty and is designed for external erogenous zones, is less my thing.

Verdict: Two low-value but usable extras combined into one door.

Day 10: We-Vibe Sync Lite

Day 10 contains the The We-Vibe Sync Lite, one of the three headline sex toys in the Lovehoney Luxury Advent Calendar 2026.

It’s an app-controlled wearable couples vibrator designed to sit internally during penetrative sex while the external section provides clitoral stimulation. It can also be used out and about and remotely controlled if you’re into public sex play.

I already own the more expensive We-Vibe Chorus, which has an adjustable hinge and an additional internal motor, so the Sync Lite feels like a considerably simplified version, but it’s a nice toy to have.

Verdict: Genuinely valuable hero toy, but you also get one in the calendar costing half as much.

Day 11: Padded Wrist And Ankle Restraints

At first glance these look identical to the Couple’s calendar restraints, but the Luxury version is slightly sturdier and more padded.

Both sets are soft, comfortable and beginner-friendly, and personally I don’t have a huge preference between them. I’d probably pay a few pounds more for the Luxury version, but not a great deal more.

Verdict: A genuine, if fairly modest, upgrade.

Day 12: Weighted Kegel Balls

These weighted silicone Kegel balls have a retrieval tail and feel reasonably substantial.

I already have more sophisticated pelvic floor trainers and vibrating Kegel balls, but for someone who doesn’t, these are a perfectly decent introduction.

Verdict: Useful and reusable.

Day 13: Candy Cane Glass Dildo

Finally, something completely different, and Christmassy: a striped glass dildo shaped like a candy cane, which is undeniably cute.

I like it much more as a festive advent calendar inclusion than many of the generic accessories because it actually feels as though someone remembered this was supposed to be Christmas.

Whether I’d choose it purely as a sex toy is another question. The insertable section is fairly straight, so it isn’t giving you a particularly pronounced G-spot or prostate curve. The hook seems more decorative or useful as a handle than something you’d actually want to insert.

Verdict: Cute, festive and distinctive. Probably more exciting visually than ergonomically.

Day 14: Nipple And Clitoral Clamps

This is another product we didn’t get in the Couple’s calendar. They’re fairly basic metal clamps with rubber-covered tips, designed for nipple and potentially clitoral stimulation.

I personally prefer softer nipple toys like the Lovense Gemini vibrating clamps, and clitoral clamps aren’t really my thing, but it’s alright as an inclusion.

Verdict: Different, but niche and fairly cheap.

Day 15: Fishnet Hold-Up Stockings

Day 15 contains a pair of black fishnet stockings.

Lovehoney describes these as hold-ups, although I couldn’t see any rubber or silicone grip around the tops, so I suspect they would actually need a suspender belt to reliably remain where you put them.

Verdict: Fun bedroom extra, but not remotely a hero product.

Day 16: Paddle And Pinwheel

The paddle is the same compact impact paddle included in the Couple’s calendar, which I already liked, and this time it comes with a body pinwheel too.

I already own a similar pinwheel and actually enjoy this kind of play. It creates plenty of anticipation and interesting sensation without necessarily being painful.

This is a better door than the Couple’s version because you’re getting two decent bits of BDSM equipment rather than one.

Verdict: A genuine improvement and something I’d actually use.

Day 17: Arcwave Zing

Day 17 contains the Arcwave Zing vibrating male masturbator, one of the Luxury calendar’s three most valuable branded toys.

This vibrating stroker normally has an RRP of around £120, although I’ve regularly seen it selling for closer to £100.

Unlike many of the products in this calendar, we’ve already properly tested this one, but unfortunately, it wasn’t a favourite. We prefer masturbators that create physical movement or thrusting rather than relying primarily on vibration, so the Zing didn’t do much for us.

If you specifically want an Arcwave Zing, this door potentially adds around £100 of genuine value. If you don’t, it doesn’t.

Verdict: Expensive and substantial, but extremely dependent on whether you actually want one.

Day 18: Under-Mattress Restraint System

The under-mattress restraint system works with the cuffs from Day 11 to create a complete bed restraint setup.

I already own one because, unsurprisingly, there appears to be no sex toy or accessory left on Earth that I don’t own. For somebody without one, though, this is a genuinely useful and fairly substantial inclusion. worth roughly £25–£30.

Verdict: Strong inclusion and one of the better Luxury upgrades.

Day 19: Sexy Snap And Position Dice

The Sexy Snap card game returns from the Couple’s calendar. You match cards featuring different sexual positions, with the winner choosing which one to try.

The Luxury calendar also includes a position dice in this door, which at least gives you another simple way of introducing a bit of randomness.

Verdict: Low-value but fun novelty.

Day 20: Rechargeable Mini Wand Vibrator

Day 20 contains a rechargeable mini wand vibrator, essentially a scaled-down version of the Lovehoney Classic wand, with a flexible ridged head.

The rechargeable mini wand retails for £49.99 on the Lovehoney website and is surprisingly powerful for its size. My only reservation is that the ridges in the head make it harder to clean.

Verdict: Not my favourite magic wand, but does the job and is worth having!

Day 21: Vibrating Anal Beads

These are the same graduated anal beads I liked in the Couple’s calendar, with a slot in the base for the Day 1 bullet.

The beads increase gradually in size and, once the bullet is inserted, the base becomes much more substantial.

For a relatively inexpensive attachment, I think these are pretty good and a decent size.

Verdict: One of the better bullet attachments.

Day 22: Body Jewellery

This took me a while to work out; it’s a decorative body chain designed to drape around the body as a lingerie-style accessory.

Personally, I’m struggling to imagine wearing it and having my partner react in quite the way the manufacturer presumably hopes. But somebody who enjoys lingerie, body chains or dress-up might think it’s lovely.

Verdict: Different, but very niche and not something I’d pay for personally.

Day 23: G-Spot / Prostate Massager

This curved insertable toy takes the Day 1 bullet in its base, turning it into a remote-controlled vibrating massager.

Although it’s marketed for both G-spot and P-spot use, the shape looks much more like a prostate massager to me.

It has quite a pronounced curve and is fairly substantial, so I’m not sure it would be my first recommendation for someone completely new to prostate play.

Verdict: Useful and substantial, but another duplicate.

Day 24: Womanizer Enhance

Day 24 contains the Womanizer Enhance, the most expensive and, for me, most interesting toy in the Lovehoney Luxury Advent Calendar 2026.

The Enhance, which has an RRP of around £149, is a much more substantial Womanizer than the Liberty 2 found in the £149 Couple’s calendar.

It’s larger, feels softer and more expensive in the hand and has a more sophisticated control layout, with the addition of vibration as well as clitoral suction. If you don’t already have a premium clitoral suction toy like the Womanizer Next or the LELO SONA 3, the Enhance is one of the strongest reasons to choose this calendar over the £149 Couple’s version.

Verdict: The best toy so far, in my humble opinion.

The Five Best Products In The Lovehoney Luxury Advent Calendar 2026

On first impressions, I’d pick:

Womanizer Enhance
Arcwave Zing
We-Vibe Sync Lite
Rechargeable mini wand
Under-mattress restraint system and cuffs

I’d put their combined retail value at roughly £430, which is excellent if they’re all products you’d actually buy and use.

How Much Of The Luxury Calendar Is The Same As The Couple’s Calendar?

Quite a lot. The bullet and several of its attachments, blindfold, lube, wipes, massage products, Sync Lite, Kegel balls, paddle, stroker and various other accessories all appear in both calendars, sometimes in different colours or slightly upgraded versions.

That isn’t necessarily a problem if you’re only buying one, but having opened both I can directly compare what the extra £150 actually buys.

Is The Lovehoney Luxury Calendar Worth £150 More Than The Couple’s Calendar?

The main upgrades are:

Womanizer Enhance: A substantial upgrade from the Liberty 2, particularly if you don’t already own a good Womanizer.
Arcwave Zing: Around £100 of real-world value if you actually want one.
Rechargeable mini wand: A proper standalone vibrator rather than another bullet attachment.
Candy cane glass dildo: Festive, distinctive and unique to this calendar.
Under-mattress restraints: One of the genuinely useful accessory upgrades.
Extra BDSM/dress-up kit: Pinwheel, clamps, stockings, position dice and body jewellery.

Listed out, it’s clear that the Luxury calendar is better. I’m just not convinced it’s £150 better.

Who Is The Lovehoney Luxury Advent Calendar Best For?

I think this calendar makes most sense for somebody who:

• doesn’t already own a good Womanizer, or wants to upgrade from a cheaper model;
• actively wants to try the Arcwave Zing;
• wants a mixture of premium branded toys and BDSM accessories;
• and has the budget to spend almost £300 on an advent calendar in the first place.

If that describes you, there is a lot here.

If your main goal is simply to have a fun couples calendar with plenty to experiment with, I currently think the £149 Couple’s calendar gives you much of the same experience for considerably less money.

Lovehoney Luxury Advent Calendar 2026: My Verdict

Opening the £149 Couple’s Advent Calendar immediately beforehand made the amount of overlap impossible to ignore.

The Luxury version gives you a much more expensive Womanizer, the Arcwave Zing, a standalone wand and several larger or upgraded accessories, but much of the supporting content is identical or extremely similar.

Is the Lovehoney Luxury Advent Calendar 2026 worth £299? If you genuinely want the Womanizer Enhance and Arcwave Zing, yes, I can see the value. If you don’t, I think the £149 Couple’s calendar is the better buy.

The Luxury calendar is better. I’m just not convinced it’s twice as good.

Because of the price, I’d give it 3/5 for value, and because I wasn’t a huge fan of the Zing, 3.5/5 for the contents overall. It’s a good calendar, and a fun unboxing experience, but you’ve really got to want those hero toys to justify £299.
