The Lovehoney Couple’s Advent Calendar is one of five sex toy advent calendars released by Lovehoney for Christmas 2026, and on paper it looked like the one most likely to offer the best balance between price, variety and genuinely useful toys.

It costs £149 in the UK / $219 in the US, although you can currently save 20% with my code SEXTOYREVIEW20, bringing it down to £119.20 / $175.20.

Lovehoney says the contents are worth £487.75 / $608.77, which sounds impressive, but I wanted to know how much of that value comes from products you’d actually want to use rather than novelty filler.

So I opened all 24 days, photographed everything and had a proper look at what you actually get.

What’s Inside The Lovehoney Couple’s Advent Calendar?

Day 1: Rechargeable Remote-Control Bullet Vibrator

The first door contains a fairly basic-looking ABS plastic bullet vibrator with a separate remote control. It isn’t premium, but it is rechargeable, comes already charged and is surprisingly strong for something this simple. The remote worked immediately, and there’s a small light on the back so you can see when the toy is switched on.

This bullet becomes much more important as you work through the calendar because several later toys are actually silicone attachments designed to fit over it.

That means one rechargeable remote-controlled motor effectively powers several different toys, which I much prefer to receiving a load of cheap battery-powered vibrators.

Verdict: Useful and substantial. Definitely not filler.

Day 2: Womanizer Water-Based Lube And Toy Wipes

Day two is perhaps less exciting, but very practical; a 60ml bottle of Womanizer water-based lubricant plus a pack of Fresh toy wipes.

Neither is something you’d buy the calendar for, but they’re both things most people with sex toys will actually use.

Verdict: Useful consumables rather than filler.

Day 3: Rabbit Vibrator Sleeve

This silicone sleeve fits over the Day 1 bullet and turns it into a small rabbit-style vibrator.

The shaft is fairly short and this certainly isn’t going to replace a proper rabbit vibrator, but the bunny ears transmit the vibrations surprisingly well.

I can imagine someone with a small toy collection getting quite a lot of use out of this, particularly for clitoral stimulation.

Verdict: A useful attachment and a clever way of making the bullet more versatile.

Day 4: Padded Blindfold

I actually really like this one, particularly for such a light box!

The blindfold is soft, padded and flexible rather than stiff, and when I tried it on it blocked my vision properly without cutting into the bridge of my nose.

I already own blindfolds, but this is one I would happily keep.

Verdict: Simple but genuinely good.

Day 5: Vibrating Double Cock Ring

Another attachment for the Day 1 bullet, this time turning it into a vibrating cock ring.

It has a double-loop design, presumably allowing one section to sit around the penis and the other around the testicles.

It’s fairly stretchy and perfectly serviceable, but it feels much bulkier than the slim-profile TENGA paiRING+ vibrating cock ring I already use.

If you don’t own a vibrating cock ring, it’s useful. If you already own a better one, I suspect this will stay in the drawer.

Verdict: Functional, but not a standout.

Day 6: Rose Gold Jewelled Butt Plug

This is a small, heavy rose-gold jewelled butt plug.

It looks nice and the size makes it fairly beginner-friendly, but I don’t like the base. Although it is flared, I personally prefer anal toys with a much wider T-bar style base, particularly if they’re going to be worn for any length of time, and especially during sex. This isn’t one I would personally feel safe using or recommending.

Verdict: Pretty, but more likely to become a paperweight in my house.

Day 7: Menthol Pleasure Balm

Day seven contains a little pot of menthol pleasure balm designed for external erogenous zones.

It smells very strongly minty, rather like the sort of mint and tea tree shower gel I definitely don’t want anywhere near my genitals.

I left this one sealed.

Verdict: Novelty extra. Some people will love tingling products; I won’t be finding out.

Day 8: Silicone Weighted Kegel Balls

These are actually a decent inclusion; weighted silicone Kegel balls with a long retrieval tail that feel quite substantial.

I already own both Intimina Laselle pelvic-floor trainers and Smile Makers vibrating Kegel balls, so these aren’t something I desperately need, but they seem like a perfectly good introduction to weighted Kegel balls.

They’re more sexual wellness than straightforward sex toy, but they’re certainly not filler.

Verdict: Good-quality, useful inclusion if Kegel balls appeal to you.

Day 9: Finger Vibrator Sleeve

This is another silicone attachment for the Day 1 bullet. The bullet fits inside the main body and your finger slips through a loop, allowing you to use it as a wearable finger vibrator.

It softens and diffuses the hard plastic bullet vibrations slightly, but this is one of the attachments I struggled to get excited about.

If you like incorporating fingers and touch into play, it could be useful. Personally, I’d reach for a dedicated clitoral vibrator instead.

Verdict: Functional, but edging towards filler for me.

Day 10: We-Vibe Sync Lite

And here’s the first major hero product.

The We-Vibe Sync Lite is an app-controlled wearable couples vibrator designed to be worn during penetrative sex or during discreet public sex play sessions.

It normally sells for £79.99, so this is already a substantial chunk of the calendar’s £149 purchase price.

It comes loose inside the advent calendar box, rather than in retail packaging, along with its charging cable.

The Sync Lite is smaller than my We-Vibe Chorus and uses a pin-style charging connection rather than the same magnetic charger as the Chorus, the Melt 2 and the We-Vibe Nova 2. It also has a single motor concentrated in the external clitoral arm rather than motors in both sections, like the original Sync and Chorus.

My initial opinions on this one are that the Sync Lite is quiet, and has good connectivity, but the vibrations are noticeably weaker than the Chorus and higher-end Sync models, and it also lacks their adjustable hinge so fit is not quite as easy.

Verdict: A genuinely valuable inclusion, although not necessarily the best We-Vibe couples vibrator.

Day 11: Wrist And Ankle Restraints

You get four soft Velcro wrist and ankle restraints with metal clips.

They’re made from a soft, velvety fabric with reinforced ribbon sections and feel much lighter than leather restraints.

I prefer my leather cuffs personally, but these are comfortable, easy to use and much less intimidating for beginners – and easier to pop in a bag for a dirty weekend away.

Verdict: A proper useful inclusion and a good first bondage set.

Day 12: Vibrating Anal Beads

These three graduated anal beads have a slot in the base for the Day 1 bullet.

They’re more substantial than some of the anal beads I’ve tried and not really liked, with the beads a good size and increasing gradually.

Once the bullet is inserted, the base also becomes much more substantial, creating something closer to a proper T-bar stopper.

I don’t currently own any anal beads, so these may actually stay out for further investigation.

Verdict: Surprisingly decent.

Day 13: Womanizer Christmas Ornament

It is exactly what it sounds like: a Christmas tree decoration shaped like a Womanizer clitoral suction toy.

If your festive aesthetic is ‘sex toy showroom meets Santa’, you’re sorted.

Mine will probably remain in the box.

Verdict: Filler. Cute filler, but filler nonetheless.

Day 14: Silicone Nipple Suckers

Two small silicone suction cups designed to fit over the nipples.

I actually quite like the look of these because they’re gentler than traditional nipple clamps. I’ve tried ratcheting-style nipple toys before and found them uncomfortable, whereas these look more playful than painful.

Verdict: Cheap, simple and potentially good fun.

Day 15: Mini Wand Attachment

Another sleeve for the Day 1 bullet, this time shaped like a miniature wand vibrator. The bullet sits inside the handle and transmits the vibration through the rounded head.

It’s obviously nowhere near a proper rechargeable wand, as the vibrations aren’t limited to the head, but because the bullet itself is remote-controlled, you effectively end up with a tiny remote-controlled wand. It’s a cute addition to a beginner’s collection.

Verdict: Useful and clever rather than premium.

Day 16: Mini Impact Paddle

A small, lightweight paddle for impact play, this one is smooth, compact and unintimidating, so it feels like a good introduction to spanking rather than something aimed at experienced BDSM enthusiasts.

I already own several paddles, but I like this one.

Verdict: A genuinely useful beginner-friendly bondage extra.

Day 17: Sexy Snap Position Game

This is literally a game of Snap featuring sex positions.

There are 26 cards. Players take turns revealing cards, shout ‘Snap’ when they find a matching position, and whoever collects the most cards gets to decide which position to try first. It’s a bit silly, but actually quite well suited to the calendar.

None of the positions looked particularly terrifying, which makes it a nice way for couples to introduce some variety without consulting a terrifyingly athletic Kama Sutra diagram.

Verdict: Novelty, but relevant novelty.

Day 18: Hogtie Connector

This is a small hogtie-style restraint connector designed to work with the wrist and ankle cuffs from Day 11.

The box is much larger than the actual product, so it’s slightly underwhelming when you open it. However, it turns the earlier cuffs into something closer to a complete restraint system.

Verdict: Useful supporting accessory.

Day 19: G-Spot / Prostate Massager

This curved insertable massager also has space for the Day 1 bullet, turning it into a remote-controlled vibrating toy.

Lovehoney describes it as suitable for either G-spot or P-spot stimulation, although to me the shape looks much more like a prostate massager.

It has a pronounced curve and is fairly girthy, so I’m not entirely convinced it would be my first recommendation for someone completely new to prostate play, but it will definitely appeal to many.

Verdict: A substantial and interesting attachment, although perhaps slightly ambitious for beginners.

Day 20: Vanilla Massage Oil

A small 30ml bottle of vanilla massage oil. It’s nothing premium and the bottle is tiny, but I love a massage, so I’m not going to complain too much.

Verdict: Useful filler.

Day 21: Ribbed Vibrating Stroker

Finally, another male-focused toy!

This is a soft, transparent, open-ended ribbed stroker with space for the Day 1 bullet, so you can turn it into a vibrating masturbator.

The material feels like TPE, with that slightly powdery feel you tend to get with softer porous strokers.

It’s nowhere near something like a Fleshlight or one of the Tenga premium masturbators we’ve tested, but I can see this working surprisingly well as a couples toy. Because it’s transparent and open-ended, it’s much easier to incorporate into oral or hand play than a giant enclosed masturbator.

Verdict: Basic, but potentially fun and more useful than it first looks.

Day 22: G-Spot Dildo

In one of the bigger boxes comes a small curved G-spot dildo with another hollow section designed to hold the bullet.

It’s perhaps four or five inches long, gently curved and not particularly intimidating.

There’s just one problem; I pushed the bullet fully inside and then couldn’t get it back out. I eventually retrieved it using my teeth, which means that particular bullet is now very definitely mine.

So yes, the concept works, but do not push the bullet too far inside.

Verdict: Decent cheap silicone dildo with a slightly annoying attachment design.

Day 23: Adjustable Cock Ring

This is basically a small adjustable silicone-style loop with a sliding bead.

It’s presumably designed more to help maintain an erection than provide stimulation during sex.

I think it’s tat. It feels cheap, adds very little to the kit and is exactly the sort of thing that looks as though someone realised they still had one advent door left to fill.

Verdict: Proper filler. Christmas Eve Eve deserved better.

Day 24: Womanizer Liberty 2 Clitoral Suction Toy

And finally, the second hero toy: the Womanizer Liberty 2.

This compact travel Womanizer normally sells for £89.99, giving you eight levels of Pleasure Air stimulation, a travel lock, a little light in the mouth and a magnetic protective cap. It has a hard plastic body with a removable silicone stimulation head and simple up/down controls. It works, however its selling point is clearly portability rather than being the most luxurious Womanizer in the range.

Compared with my more expensive Womanizers, particularly the Womanizer Next and Next Liberty, it immediately feels much cheaper and it doesn’t have the depth control of the Next models, which I personally adore.

I concede I am spoiled in terms of suction toys however, having amassed a vast collection at this point. If you don’t have a clitoral suction toy, or specifically a Womanizer, then this is a great entry point – it wouldn’t be my choice outside of the calendar, but within it, it’s a bargain.

Verdict: If I’d never used a clitoral suction toy, I wouldn’t be able to wait for Christmas Eve.

The Five Best Products In The Couple’s Calendar

If I had to pick the five most substantial products straight after unboxing, I’d choose:

Womanizer Liberty 2
We-Vibe Sync Lite
Rechargeable remote-control bullet
Silicone Kegel balls
Wrist and ankle restraint set

The Liberty 2 and Sync Lite alone currently retail for around £169.98 combined, which is already more than the £149 calendar price before you count anything else. Based on the prices of comparable Lovehoney products, I’d estimate that the bullet and eight associated attachments would set you back at least another £60+, and the cuffs, hog tie, blindfold and paddle would add on another £25ish in my opinion.

On value alone, the 2026 Lovehoney Couple’s Advent Calendar is very easy to recommend.

How Much Of It Is Actually Filler?

Happily, far less than I expected. I’d definitely put the Womanizer Christmas ornament and adjustable cock ring in the filler pile.

The menthol balm isn’t something I’d personally use, and the finger sleeve is fairly forgettable, but both at least have a function.

The vanilla massage oil, toy wipes and lube are technically low-value extras, but they’re also things couples are likely to actually use.

The cleverest part of the whole calendar is the Day 1 bullet. Rather than filling the box with lots of individually powered cheap toys, Lovehoney uses one rechargeable remote-controlled vibrator with multiple sleeves and attachments.

That gives you a rabbit vibrator, vibrating cock ring, finger vibrator, mini wand, anal beads, prostate massager, stroker and G-spot vibrator without eight separate low-quality motors.

The only thing I’d chuck straight in the bin is, unfortunately, the buttplug.

Is The Lovehoney Couple’s Advent Calendar Worth £149?

On first impressions, yes. The Womanizer Liberty 2 and We-Vibe Sync Lite alone have a combined retail price of £169.98, already exceeding the cost of the calendar.

Then you have the rechargeable bullet and its numerous attachments, restraints, Kegel balls, paddle, blindfold, nipple suckers, games, massage products and everything else.

That doesn’t mean I think Lovehoney’s claimed £487.75 value represents £487.75 I’d personally spend. It doesn’t. Some products are cheap, some are novelty items and some simply won’t appeal to everyone.

But at £149, and particularly at £119.20 using SEXTOYREVIEW20, I think there’s comfortably enough substantial stuff here to justify the price.

Who Is The Lovehoney Couple’s Advent Calendar Best For?

I think this calendar makes the most sense for a couple who wants to experiment but doesn’t necessarily know exactly what they want to buy.

You’ve got clitoral suction, wearable vibration, cock rings, a stroker, prostate stimulation, G-spot toys, anal toys, bondage, impact play and a few lighter games and accessories.

For an experienced couple with an enormous toy drawer, there will inevitably be duplicates and things you already own better versions of, but if your existing collection is relatively small, it’s essentially a varied couples starter kit disguised as an advent calendar with a good number of reusable silicone toys and accessories.

Lovehoney Couple’s Advent Calendar 2026: My Verdict

Having now opened all 24 doors, I’m more impressed with the 2026 Couple’s Calendar than I expected to be.

There is filler, of course. The Womanizer ornament is mainly there to make you laugh, and there are several inexpensive attachments that aren’t going to replace a good standalone toy.

But if you don’t already own superior versions then the Womanizer Liberty 2 and We-Vibe Sync Lite provide the premium value, while the rechargeable remote-control bullet ties much of the cheaper content together.

Add in some decent restraints, Kegel balls, a comfortable blindfold, paddle and a mixture of toys for both partners, and it feels like a genuinely coherent couples kit rather than a random assortment of 24 things someone found in a warehouse.

I’d give it 4.5/5 for value and 4/5 for the contents overall. For new couples or those with a fairly small toy collection who want to experiment, I think it’s an excellent buy.
