Dual stimulation toys have traditionally combined penetration with clitoral vibration to deliver what’s known as a blended orgasm, and rabbit toys like the We-Vibe Nova 2 are great for this. However if you like clitoral suction toys (and let’s face it, who doesn’t?!), then there are now toys which which combine both external suction and internal vibration and they should definitely be on your list to try.
At the top of the price range are premium dual stimulators like the app-controlled LELO Enigma Double Sonic (RRP £299, check it out on Lovehoney) and the Womanizer Next Duo 3D (RRP £199). Meanwhile, down at the more affordable end of the spectrum, two of the most popular mid-range dual stimulation toys which come in under £100 are the Lovehoney Indulge and the Womanizer Blend.

On paper, these two look very similar; they’re even the same colour. Now I’ve used both, and while they promise the same thing, and they’re both extremely good at delivering, I can confirm there are some differences in how they work.
If you just want the short answer: one is quieter, simpler, and surprisingly effective. The other has more premium features, is louder, and might make you orgasm so hard you dump your boyfriend.

In short: the Indulge is the easier, quieter option. The Blend is more powerful, but I found it slightly more effort to get right.
Design & First Impressions
Interestingly, the Lovehoney Indulge actually looks more premium at first glance. It has metallic detailing and a sleeker, more compact design, which makes it feel less bulky and a bit more discreet. It actually looks a bit like a prostate massager… just one with a mouth.

The Womanizer Blend is bigger and heavier. It feels solid and well-made, more like a serious bit of kit than something you casually reach for.
In terms of material, there’s basically nothing in it. Both use soft silicone for the insertable part of the toy, and feel equally good quality, so you’re not losing out either way here.

Controls & Ease of Use
This is where things start to separate a little bit;
Lovehoney Indulge:

- Two buttons
- Top button controls suction (cycles through intensities, from 1-10 and then back to the beginning)
- Bottom button controls internal vibration (speeds and patterns) – this can be used independently of the suction
It’s simple, intuitive, and you don’t have to think about it mid-use, which is exactly what you want.
Womanizer Blend:

- Three buttons
- Two for suction (up and down)
- One slightly hidden button for internal vibration – this can only be used with the suction
It’s not complicated, but it’s less obvious. The Indulge wins here for ease of use and being able to use the suction and the vibration independently, however if you press the suction button one too many times you’re back at the beginning. When you’ve got so much going on at once, this can be confusing.
Performance: Suction & Internal Stimulation
Both toys combine clitoral suction with internal vibration, but they feel slightly different in use.
The Lovehoney Indulge has a slightly larger internal arm, which gives a fuller feeling and feels more immediately effective.
The Womanizer Blend is a little smaller, but not dramatically different in terms of what it actually does.
In terms of real-world results:
The Lovehoney Indulge

The Indulge was super easy to get into place and operate, and it got me there very quickly.
It’s really hard to say exactly how it works; whether it’s the suction or the g-spot vibes that gives you the intense orgasm, but it’s certainly effective. I would be more than happy had I bought this toy; it gives stronger orgasms than a clitoral suction toy (even a very good one like the LELO SONA 3!) on its own.
I won’t be getting rid of my trusty clit suckers – they are still quieter, and external stimulation still wins for discretion and as extra stimulation during PIV sex, but for solo sessions when the house is empty the Indulge dual stimulator gets at least an 8/10.
The Womanizer Blend

The Blend’s sensations felt strong and promising, but I made the tactical error of testing it immediately afterwards, so at that point my body had already checked out for the day and I just couldn’t have a second orgasm no matter how much I tried.
Not one to be deterred, the next day, I went back to it. Consummate professional, me.
I could feel the sensations, but they really weren’t doing anything for me which was disappointing, given everything I expect from the premium Womanizer brand. I tried a few tricks; I went to my favourite place in my head, I even tried porn. Nothing.
Frustrated, I was about to give up, when I repositioned it so the buttons were parallel to my pubic bone rather than slightly tucked under, and the shaft was only just inside and hammering against my g-spot – and FUCK, wow. Almost blew my head off.
It was a convulsing, full-body orgasm that came pretty much out of nowhere. 9/10 although I wouldn’t mind more warning next time.
Noise Levels (Which One is Quieter?)
If discretion matters to you, this is a big one.
The Lovehoney Indulge is noticeably quieter, especially on the suction settings.
The Womanizer Blend is louder than expected for a premium sex toy brand; the g-spot vibrations really go for it. It’s not ridiculous, but there is a clear difference between the two.

If you’ve read my quiet sex toys guide, you’ll know this matters to a lot of people, so it’s something to consider!
Charging & Battery
The Indulge uses a pin charger, while the Blend uses a magnetic charger.

The magnetic charger sounds more premium (and it is), but in practice the Indulge actually charged a little faster, which is arguably more useful.
Cleaning & Waterproofing
The Blend has a removable mouth, which makes cleaning much easier and more thorough. It would be nice to be able to buy replacement mouths, as I can imagine losing this one or, it becoming loose over time and not staying on properly.
The Indulge has a fixed mouth, which means you can’t lose it, but you’re rinsing and hoping for the best. You can’t properly get inside it, which is a bit annoying and there is, I note, a little build up of lube already after one use, even when it was washed under the tap.

Waterproofing:
- Indulge: Splashproof (IPX6)
- Blend: Fully waterproof (IPX7)
If bath or shower play is important, the Blend is the better option.
Can the Indulge or the Blend be Used Hands-Free?
I’ve been looking for a hands-free clitoral suction toy for some time, and although this wouldn’t stay in during a wander around town, it’s the closest I’ve, er, come to finding one. By putting it in place and clamping your legs together you can use either in a seated or lying position, on your front or back.
With tight underwear to hold in place, you could use it when standing, although the Blend in particular is very bulky and neither could be worn under clothes undetected.

Can You Use The Lovehoney Indulge or the Womanizer Blend as a Couple?
You can of course use these dual stimulation toys during mutual masturbation, but they’re not suitable for PIV sex.
However, you might be able to use it during anal sex to stimulate all three areas at once. Watch out though; you might need a nap afterwards.
Are Dual Stimulators Better Than Clit Suckers?
Not everyone likes penetration, or likes penetration every time, or wants the cleaning that comes with internal toys. For those people, clitoral suction toys are still likely to be first choice. You can find a round up of the best clitoral suction toys here.
If you’re a big fan of internal stimulation and you want that extra sensation, I urge you to give a dual stimulator a try!
Are Dual Stimulators Better Than Rabbits?
Personally, I find suction/air pulse toys to be more effective than clitoral vibrations at producing orgasms. For that reason, I would put dual stimulation toys with clitoral suction toys above rabbit vibrators. Sorry, We-Vibe Nova – I love you, but your time may have come to an end!
Which One Should You Buy? Lovehoney Indulge or Womanizer Blend?
Buy the Lovehoney Indulge if:
- You want something fairly quiet and more discreet
- You prefer simple, easy controls
- You want to be able to use internal stimulation without suction
- You want better value for money
- You like a slightly fuller internal feel
- You want something that works quickly

Buy the Womanizer Blend if:
- You want fully waterproof
- You care about easy cleaning
- You prefer a magnetic charger
- You want a lot of g-spot stimulation
- You want a full-body, explosive orgasm that makes you reconsider everything you’ve ever thought about everything
Final Verdict on These Dual Stimulation Toys
OK, first up – I’m a convert. If I was stuck on a desert island, then a dual clitoral suction and g-spot toy is the one I’d want to have with me.
The Lovehoney Indulge is quieter, simpler, and effective. It looks pretty good and it’s easy to control. You can buy it for under £70.

The Womanizer Blend is bulkier and less simple, but VERY powerful, and waterproof. It currently costs around £80.
Both will get you there happily; it just depends what you prioritise.
If you’ve read this far, the choice is pretty simple:
- Want quiet, easy, reliable, and less bulky – go for the Indulge
- Want intensity and don’t mind a bit of trial and error – go for the Blend
If you’ve been burned by overpriced toys that promise the world and under-deliver, then either of these toys is a very good choice. As ever, you can get 20% off at Lovehoney UK and Lovehoney US using the code SEXTOYREVIEW20
