The idea of watching your partner trying to conceal a huge orgasm in a packed pub or restaurant is pretty hot, right? You might not agree – but certainly for a lot of people, public sex play is a huge fantasy. Although the reality might be slightly trickier (and more illegal) than porn might imply, there are ways you can get around this and still scratch that itch with a remote controlled, wearable clit sucker.
Although some clit suckers, like the Biird Namii, can be hands free if you squish it between your thighs, a genuinely wearable clit sucker that could be used during bondage play when your hands are out of action, or worn out and about in public, is high on a lot of people’s wish lists.

- FAQ – Wearable Clit Suckers
Until fairly recently, most of the options I’d tried were better described as hands free than genuinely wearable, although there are now a few toys getting much closer to what I’d actually want from a wearable clit sucker.
Wearable clit suckers are one of the most searched-for sex toys right now, but surprisingly they’re still quite rare. Most clitoral suction toys are designed to be handheld, which makes truly hands-free stimulation difficult. In this guide we’ll look at the closest things currently available, including suction toys with insertable shafts and wearable remote-controlled alternatives.
What is a Wearable Clit Sucker?

Clit suckers have a small recess in the top where the ‘suction’ comes from. You place that ‘hole’ directly over your clit – lubed up if you have some to hand – and the pulsing membrane inside the mouth of the toy pushes air in pulses toward the opening (imagine how a speaker works) to give you huge orgasms in no time at all.
Generally, clit suckers rely on you to hold them in place either with your hand or your thighs, but the hands free variety have a shaft which goes into your vagina to hold it in place. These can also vibrate to bring pleasure to your G-spot in a double whammy of blended orgasms. What’s not to like?
Wearable clit suckers have an insertable shaft that holds the toy in place, a clitoral suction head and either a remote control or app connectivity.
How Are They Different To Wearable Vibrators?
In the past we have tried the We Vibe Unite, which is a wearable remote control clitoral vibrator, and the much improved We-Vibe Chorus. We’ve also tried and tested the Knickerbocker Glory Panty Vibe for remote controlled, discreet public play, and the Lovense Ferri which is a premium, app controlled verion.
Although it is a huge turn on to be under someone else’s control in public, trying to hide what was going on and not let the feelings overcome you (and get you thrown out of the bar), ultimately the We-Vibe Unite is a little bit of a damp squib and it doesn’t stay in place particularly well.

The newer version of the couple’s toy, the We Vibe Chorus delivers more, but it’s still not what I’m after. Although when the Chorus hits the spot the vibrations are decent, it’s nowhere as reliable as air-pressured clit suckers for delivering orgasms.
With the exception of maybe a magic wand, nothing is as good at delivering orgasms quickly; and you certainly can’t be taking one of those out in your knickers without being spotted.
A wearable, remote controlled clit sucker is something I’d be really interested to give a go.
Best Wearable Clit Suckers (Quick Picks)
While truly discreet wearable clit suckers are still rare, these toys come closest to delivering hands-free suction stimulation.
- Best compact wearable, remote controlled clit sucker: huxi Sucking Sweet
- Best technically hands-free suction toy: LELO ENIGMA
- Best alternative wearable toy: We-Vibe Chorus or Lovense Ferri
Are There Any Wearable Clit Suckers For Public Play?
There are plenty of clit suckers and dual stimulators that are hands free and many of these have remote or app-controls, but very few are discreet enough to be worn out in public due to the size of the suction mechanism.
The huxi Sucking Sweet is the closest I’ve tried so far. The external part is much smaller than most dual-stimulation suction toys, and the flexible internal arm – which vibrates – helps keep the suction head in place. With tight underwear and something loose over the top, such as a flowing skirt, I could realistically wear it while walking around without constantly having to hold or readjust it. And crucially, it did not disappoint on the orgasm front.
The physical remote control means that a partner can adjust the settings.

It’s also very well priced, at £52 (use TAMMY10 for 10% off), and if it doesn’t work for you, huxi will offer you your money back.
Obviously, public play needs a bit of common sense. This isn’t the quietest sex toy, so it’s only one to use in a very busy and loud environment like a club or bar. You’d still want to be discreet, mindful of other people around you and avoid involving anyone else in your sex life without their consent.
Other Hands-Free Options
Lovehoney Indulge G-Spot and Clitoral Suction Stimulator

Best for: Affordable blended orgasms with suction + internal stimulation
Type: Clitoral suction toy with vibrating G-spot shaft
Noise level: Medium
Price: ~£50–£70 (Use SEXTOYREVIEW20 for 20% off at Lovehoney)
Why it’s good: Combines air-pulse clitoral stimulation with a curved internal shaft for G-spot pressure, creating strong blended orgasms
Downside: Bulkier at the front than the Huxi Sucking Sweet, so it’s less discreet and not as practical for wearing out
With reviews such as ‘Seriously, this toy could replace mankind!’, you can’t help but be intrigued by this wearable clit sucker from Lovehoney.
The Indulge is a dual-stimulation vibrator designed to target both your G-spot and clitoris at the same time. By combining deep, rumbly vibrations with Pleasure Air Technology, the clitoral stimulator delivers gentle, contactless pulses that stimulate sensitive nerve endings without direct pressure. Meanwhile, the smooth silicone shaft curves perfectly for G-spot stimulation, creating a powerful blended sensation.
It can be used hands free while sitting or standing, especially with tight underwear to help hold it in place. However, the suction section at the front is noticeably bulkier than the Huxi Sucking Sweet, so it isn’t as discreet under clothes and I wouldn’t choose it for actually walking around in public.
Also check out the Womanizer Blend, a bulkier and slightly noisier dual stimulation clitoral suction toy – what it lacks in discretion it makes up in power.
LELO ENIGMA Double Sonic

Best for: Luxury blended orgasms with sonic pulse clitoral stimulation and internal stimulation
Type: Sonic clitoral stimulator with internal arm
Noise level: Low to medium
Price: ~£300 (Use TAMMY15 for 15% off)
Why it’s good: Premium build quality, powerful stimulation, and the insertable arm helps keep the suction head in place for hands-free play
Downside: Expensive and while technically hands free, it’s too bulky for discreet public wear
Another toy that gets close to the wearable clit sucker idea is the LELO ENIGMA Double Sonic, which combines an internal arm with external sonic stimulation. Using the same SenSonic technology as the LELO SONA 3 it is strong and gets the job done although it is a little pricey coming in just shy of £300 full price.
The insertable shaft helps hold the toy in place while the suction head stimulates the clitoris, so technically it can be used hands free. However, it is much bulkier than the Huxi Sucking Sweet and I wouldn’t realistically describe it as something I’d wear out under clothes.
For staying at home though, it delivers the same kind of blended stimulation many people are looking for and boy, does it do it well.
It can also be app controlled by the user or a partner.
Best Alternative Wearable Sex Toys
We-Vibe Chorus Dual Vibrator With Physical Remote Control

Best for: Couples play and app-controlled stimulation
Type: Wearable couple’s vibrator with clitoral arm
Noise level: Low to medium
Price: ~£170 (Use SEXTOYREVIEW20 for 20% off at Lovehoney)
Why it’s good: Adjustable internal arm, powerful vibrations and app/remote control make it one of the best wearable toys for partnered play
Downside: Expensive, and the clitoral stimulation relies on vibration rather than suction
If you want something for public sex play but prefer app control to suction, the We-Vibe Chorus is still a very good option. It’s both remote and app controlled and although it isn’t a clitoral suction toy, it does deliver strong external and internal vibrations.
Alternative to consider: LELO Tiani Twist.
Lovense Ferri App-Controlled Panty Vibe

Best for: Discreet app-controlled public play
Type: Wearable magnetic panty vibrator
Noise level: Low
Price: ~£100
Why it’s good: Slim, genuinely wearable and one of the best app experiences available
Downside: Vibration only rather than clitoral suction
If your main fantasy is discreet public play rather than specifically air-pulse suction, the Lovense Ferri is probably one of the best app-controlled, wearable toys currently available.
Unlike chunkier wearable toys, the Ferri is slim enough to sit comfortably in your underwear using a magnetic clip system, making it much easier to wear out and about without feeling like you’ve secretly shoved a TV remote down your knickers.
The vibrations are surprisingly powerful for something so compact, and Lovense still has one of the strongest app ecosystems around for long-distance control, custom patterns and partner play. The app is smoother and more reliable than most competitors and genuinely feels designed by people who have actually used sex toys before.
It isn’t a clit sucker, so if you’re specifically chasing the intense air-pulse sensation of toys like the Womanizer Next or LELO SONA 3 this won’t fully replace that experience. But if you want something slim, discreet and genuinely wearable with excellent app control, the Ferri is still one of the strongest options I’ve tried.
Are Wearable Clit Suckers Worth It?
If you’re specifically looking for a wearable clit sucker for public play, the options are still pretty limited, but they are getting better.
Most suction toys need quite precise positioning to maintain the air seal, which is why so many are technically hands free without being genuinely wearable. The Huxi Sucking Sweet is the closest I’ve tried so far to something that can actually be worn under clothes while moving around, although I’d still choose tight underwear and something loose over the top.
The LELO ENIGMA and Lovehoney Indulge are both good hands-free options for use at home, while wearable vibrators like the Lovense Ferri and We-Vibe Chorus remain better choices if app control and discretion are more important than suction.
So, no, I don’t think we’ve quite reached the perfect wearable clit sucker yet. But we’re definitely getting closer.

FAQ – Wearable Clit Suckers
Are wearable clit suckers actually hands-free?
Some toys use an insertable shaft to hold the suction head in place, allowing hands-free stimulation. Other models can be squished between the wearer’s thighs for hands free fun. However, many models still require occasional adjustment depending on body shape and positioning.
Can you wear a clit sucker in public?
Most suction toys are too bulky or noisy for discreet public use, although it is technically possible with smaller toys like the Huxi Sucking Sweet, as long as you aren’t in a very quiet environment and no one can tell what you’re doing. Lots of wearable toys designed for couples play or remote control are more suitable for this type of scenario; you can find a round up here.
Are clit suckers better than vibrators?
Many people find suction toys produce faster or more intense orgasms because they stimulate more of the clitoral structure than traditional vibration. You can see a comparison here.
What’s better, a physical remote control or an app?
There are pros and cons of choosing sex toys with a physical remote control compared to a smartphone based app. Remote controls do not require downloading anything, and they’re often simpler to set up, and offer a stable connection within a certain distance. Apps allow your toy to be controlled by anyone, anywhere in the world. Read our round up of sex toys with physical remote controls and app controlled sex toys for recommendations.
