Why We Started This Adult Toy Blog (And Why Sex Toy Reviews Matter)

Sex toys for both men and women and couple’s sex toys were all topics we have searched for online. We found that, in the UK, there was a big gap for well written, fun, friendly sex toy blogs with honest and straightforward reviews. Basically, there is a lot of shit out there.

There are so many sex toy retailers in the UK and they vary massively. Without using them all it’s impossible to know which ones are good, which ones offer quality goods, discreet shipping and importantly, no quibble returns policies if sex toys arrive faulty.

The idea behind this new adult toy blog is to share all of the information, tips and tricks that we’ve learned over the past few years of building our own sex toy collection, and share them with you – for free!

Amazon sell hundreds of sex toys, and many are available for free next day delivery to Prime customers. They stock many ranges from well known brands. This is great if you want something delivered quickly and discreetly, but it’s sometimes hard to separate the bargains from the cheap rubbish – and there are actually a lot of unsafe sex toys on Amazon you would be advised to avoid like the plague.

You can of course refer to the site’s ratings system, but there are loads of reasons that you can’t automatically trust Amazon reviews. As experienced bloggers, we get emails all the time from Amazon sellers offering us free items in exchange for a good review. This is of course against the Amazon terms of service and definitely not worth the risk – but loads of people do it and it can be really hard to filter out all the fake reviews. Another tactic that shady Amazon sellers use it to change the item they’re selling but keep the reviews – so the reviews you’re reading might not even be for the product you’re buying!
