Lovense Fizz Review: I Tried Lovense’s Brand New Orgasm Mallet

This Lovense Fizz clitoral suction toy was sent for review. Contains affiliate links.

The Lovense Fizz is a dual-head clitoral stimulator with suction on one side and rhythmic tapping on the other.

Or, to put that another way, Lovense have made a tiny pink orgasm mallet.

It is not quite like any other clitoral suction toy I have tried, and I have tried a lot of clitoral suction toys. It looks different. It feels different. It is also very, very Lovense: playful, app-controlled, slightly futuristic and clearly designed to sit within the wider Lovense Ecosystem rather than just exist as a basic standalone clit sucker. It costs around £99, which makes it slightly cheaper than most premium options.

But is it any good?

Lovense Fizz Review: I Tried Lovense’s Brand New Orgasm Mallet

Yes. It works. Very well, actually. I had two orgasms in very quick succession during my first test, so there is no question that it can get the job done.

The more useful question is whether it does enough to stand out in a market absolutely packed with clitoral suction toys.

Lovense Fizz Review In Short

The Lovense Fizz is a dual-head app-controlled clitoral stimulator with suction on one side and rhythmic tapping on the other. It is waterproof, rechargeable, compatible with the Lovense Remote app, and can be paired with other Lovense toys for long-distance play, camming, mutual masturbation or blended stimulation.

As a clit sucker, it is effective, ergonomic and fun. However, it is not the quietest or most refined option I have tried. It is much louder than the LELO SONA 3 and Biird Namii, and it does not have the same polished, luxurious feel as the Womanizer Next.

Lovense Fizz Review In Short

The Fizz is more aggressive, more playful and more app-focused.

If you just want the most refined suction toy, I would still choose the Womanizer Next. If you want something very quiet, compact and elegant, I would look at the LELO SONA 3 or Biird Namii.

But if you already own Lovense toys, love app control, want long-distance partner play, or like the idea of pairing clitoral suction with toys like the Lovense Lush 4 love egg, Fizz makes a lot of sense.

What Is The Lovense Fizz?

Lovense describes Fizz as a ‘dual-head customizable clitoral vibrator with oral-like suction and tapping’.

What Is The Lovense Fizz?

Basically, it has two sides. One has a soft, wide-mouth suction head designed for air-pulse clitoral stimulation. The other side has a rhythmic tapping head, with a little drum-like section that moves in and out to tap against the clit.

Lovense says Fizz uses TwinAir technology, with up to 5,200 airwaves per minute. It is also IPX7 waterproof, made from body-safe silicone, weighs 125g, charges in around 64 minutes and has up to 105 minutes of battery life. I cannot verify how fast it goes, but I did chuck it in the sink and it is still alive.

You can control Fizz using the buttons on the toy itself, which are responsive and easy to use. You can also control the toy through Lovense Remote app. Through the app, you can use custom patterns, sync to music, use sound-activated control, change the LED light, play app games, hand control to a partner and connect it with other Lovense toys.

First Impressions

Lovense app controlled clit sucker review

The Lovense Fizz is cute. It is bright pink, palm-sized and shaped a bit like a little hammer. It has the same pink silicone look as toys like the Lovense Lush and Ferri, with chrome accents and an LED section at the base.

It feels premium in the hand. The silicone is soft and smooth, the shape is ergonomic, and the toy is easy to hold and angle. It looks unusual, but it does not feel awkward to use.

It also does not immediately scream ‘sex toy’ in the way some clit suckers do. If your kids found it, they might think it was an otoscope, assuming they knew what one was.

The little hammer shape is funny, but it is practical too. It gives you two clearly separate stimulation heads, and it is easy enough to switch between them.

How The Lovense Fizz Feels

The suction side is the more familiar part of the Fizz. If you have used a Womanizer, Satisfyer Pro 2, LELO SONA, Biird Namii or one of the many rose or fruit-style suction toys, you will understand the basic idea. The soft mouth sits around the clit and delivers pulsing air stimulation.

It works. Honestly, I am not sure I have met many clitoral suction toys that do not work at this point. Some are better than others, some are quieter, some are much better designed than others, and some sound like they are trying to remove wallpaper from the next room, but the basic technology tends to be effective for me.

How The Lovense Fizz Feels

The Fizz was no exception. I had two orgasms in very quick succession the first time I used it, which is a fairly strong start for a toy shaped like a tiny medical hammer.

The suction feels strong and direct. I would not call it soft or subtle, despite the website’s ‘oral-like’ language. For me, it felt more aggressive than refined.

That is not necessarily a bad thing. Some people love strong, direct clitoral stimulation and want a toy that gets straight to the point, and the Fizz does that very well. But if you prefer a gentler, more layered build-up with a gradual increase in intensity, the Fizz may not feel as polished as something like the Womanizer Next.

The Tapping Side

Instead of suction, on the other side there is a little moving drum that taps against the clit. It is a very different sensation from standard air-pulse stimulation, and it gives the Fizz more personality than yet another suction toy with a slightly different nozzle.

What Is The Lovense Fizz? Back View

The tapping side feels rhythmic, direct and teasing. It is not vibration in the usual buzzy sense, and it is not suction. It is more of a repeated tapping or thumping sensation.

Tiny orgasm mallet really is the only acceptable phrase.

I liked it as an extra sensation rather than as my main route to orgasm. The suction side was more effective for me, but the tapping side makes the toy feel more interesting and gives you another way to play. I can see it being good for teasing, edging or building sensation before switching back to suction.

The Lovense App And Lovense Ecosystem

Lovense Domi, Ferri and Fizz
Lovense Domi 2, Ferri and Fizz

The Lovense App is the biggest and best reason to buy the Fizz.

As a standalone clit sucker, and for the price (around £99 currently), Fizz is good, but not my favourite. However, as part of a Lovense toy collection, it makes much more sense.

The Lovense Remote app gives you far more control than the buttons on the toy itself. You can use patterns, create your own, save favourites, explore the pattern library, sync the toy to music, use sound-activated control, change the LED lights and play games.

Yes, I had two orgasms while playing what was basically a Candy Crush rip-off.

You can also use the Lovense Fizz for long-distance partner control. The Lovense app genuinely stands out against all other app-controlled sex toys I have tried for long-distance play. A partner can control the toy remotely through the app, making it a much better choice for mutual masturbation, long-distance relationships, camming and remote play than most standard clit suckers.

You can also pair your Fizz with other Lovense toys. For example, you could use it with the Lush 4 for internal and clitoral stimulation at the same time, with both controlled through the same app. You could also add the Lovense Gemini vibrating nipple clamps for nipple stimulation at the same time, or the Glint vibrating butt plug for anal stimulation. They are all controlled through the same app, so they fit neatly into the whole Lovense multi-toy setup.

Lovense Fizz clitoral suction toy review and the Lush 4 Love Egg

I think the Lovense Ferri is a great toy, but because it is designed to be worn inside underwear, I think of it more as a couple’s night out toy for public sex play. The Lush can also be great for public play, but it is especially useful for internal stimulation, long-distance play and camming.

The Fizz fills a different gap. It brings direct clitoral suction and tapping into the Lovense Ecosystem, which is something Lovense fans have been missing.

If you already own Lovense toys and like the app, the Fizz is a bit of a no-brainer.

Buttons, Lights And Controls

The lovense fizz clit sucker review - lights

You can control Fizz directly using the buttons on the toy, which are very responsive. The plus button turns the toy on, increases the intensity and turns it off with a long press. That confused me at first because I naturally expected the minus button to be the off button, but you do get used to it – it’s the same as the Domi 2.

The LED lights are more useful than I expected. They are not just there to make the toy look fun, although they do that too. The LED colour changes depending on the setting, which is actually helpful because it means you are not trying to remember how many times you have clicked a button while your brain is busy doing other things.

Do the lights make the orgasms better? No. Do I like them anyway? Obviously.

Noise Level

The Lovense Fizz

This is one of the biggest downsides to the Fizz: it is pretty noisy. It is much louder than the LELO SONA 3 and Biird Namii, and I would not choose it if I needed a discreet clit sucker for a shared house, flatmates, thin walls or children sleeping nearby.

This is not a discreet, quiet sex toy I would use in a house full of people unless there was a lot of background noise or everyone else had politely left the country.

The noise is not surprising, given that it has both suction and a tapping mechanism, but it is worth knowing before you buy. If discretion is your top priority, the Lovense Fizz would not be my first recommendation.

Waterproofing, Battery Life And Charging

Lovense lists the Fizz as IPX7 waterproof, so it can be used in the bath or shower and should be easy to clean. Lovense also recommends using water-based lubricant with the Fizz, which is sensible given the soft silicone mouth and direct clitoral contact.

One thing Lovense specifically warns against is pulling or tearing out the cover on the tapping side, or poking it with brushes, sticks or tools. So basically, rinse and clean it sensibly, but do not attack the tiny orgasm mallet like you are trying to descale a kettle.

Lovense lists the Fizz battery life as up to 105 minutes, with a charging time of around 64 minutes. The standby time is listed as up to 120 hours. That is more than enough for normal use, unless you are planning a full afternoon of app-controlled clit admin, in which case please hydrate sensibly. You can helpfully see the battery usage on the app.

Lovense toys

Lovense Fizz Compared To Other Clit Suckers And Toys

Toy
Best For
Compared To Lovense Fizz
App control, long-distance play, suction and tapping
More playful, app-focused and versatile, but noisier and less refined than some premium suction toys.
Refined, premium clitoral suction
Smoother, quieter and more luxurious, but without app control, tapping side or toy pairing. Costs almost twice the price of the Fizz.
Quiet, compact luxury
More discreet and elegant than Fizz, but less playful. Does have local app control. Slightly more expensive than the Fizz.
Pretty, gentle-feeling suction
Softer, quieter and more approachable, but without the same app features or Lovense Ecosystem benefits. Similar price point to the Fizz.
Wearable public play and teasing
Ferri is better for wearing in underwear on a night out, while Fizz is better for direct clitoral suction at home.
Internal stimulation and app-controlled play
Lush is internal, Fizz is external. Together, they make a strong app-controlled internal and clitoral pairing.

The Womanizer Next is still my favourite clitoral suction toy. It feels more luxurious and more carefully engineered, with a softer, more controlled build-up. If I were choosing purely based on suction quality and personal preference, I would still reach for the Womanizer Next.

The LELO SONA 3 is quieter, smaller and more elegant than the Fizz. It feels more like a luxury solo toy, and it is one of the better choices if you want effective clitoral suction without a lot of noise.

A collection of clitoral suction toys
L-R: Satisfyer Pro 2, Biird Namii, Lovense Fizz, Biird Namii, Monster Hulu, We-Vibe Melt 2, Womanizer Next

The Biird Namii is another toy I would put in the quieter, prettier, more approachable category. It is softer in appearance, less aggressive and more discreet.

The Fizz is louder, brighter and more playful than all three, but it has something they do not: full Lovense app control, long-distance partner play, a tapping side, custom patterns, LED lights and the option to pair it with other Lovense toys.

So this comparison depends on what you want. Choose Womanizer Next if you want the most refined suction experience. Choose the LELO SONA 3 or Biird Namii if you want something quieter and more discreet. Choose the Lovense Fizz if you want app control, long-distance play, tapping and Lovense compatibility.

What I Liked About The Lovense Fizz

I like that it is different. The sex toy market is full of clit suckers now, and a lot of them feel very similar. The Fizz at least tries to do something more interesting with the dual-head design.

I like the tiny orgasm mallet. I like the app. I like the lights. I like that it pairs with other Lovense toys. I like that the shape is ergonomic despite looking slightly ridiculous. I like that the LED colour changes with the setting, because that is much easier than counting clicks.

Most importantly, I like that it works. Two orgasms in quick succession is not nothing.

…And What I didn’t

It is noisy, and that is the biggest drawback for me.

I also don’t feel like the suction sensation is as refined as other premium suction toys. It is more aggressive, which some people will love, but it is not as smooth or luxurious.

The controls are also slightly unintuitive at first, especially the plus button handling power on, intensity increase and power off.

None of these things ruin the toy, but they do matter depending on what you are looking for.

Who Should Buy The Lovense Fizz?

You should consider the Lovense Fizz if:

  • You already own Lovense toys and like the app.
  • You want a clit sucker that can be controlled remotely.
  • You like strong, direct clitoral stimulation.
  • You want something more playful and different from a standard suction toy.
  • You are buying your first clit sucker and specifically want app control.

The Fizz is especially easy to recommend if you are already inside the Lovense Ecosystem. If you already have the Lush 4, Ferri, Domi 2, Gush or other Lovense toys, adding Fizz gives you direct clitoral suction and tapping within the same app.

Who Should Skip It?

You may want to skip Fizz if:

  • You need a very quiet toy because you live with flatmates, children or thin walls.
  • You want the most refined suction sensation possible.
  • You do not care about app control.
  • You prefer luxury, subtlety and quiet over lights, tapping and connected features.

Final Verdict: Is The Lovense Fizz Worth It?

The Lovense Fizz review - is it a good clitoral suction toy?

The Lovense Fizz is not my new favourite clit sucker – I am still far too attached to my Womanizer for that – but I do think the Fizz earns its place in my top clit suckers round up for sure.

It is effective, ergonomic, cute, app-controlled and genuinely more interesting than most standard suction toys. It’s quite a bit cheaper than some. The suction works, the tapping side gives it something different, the LED lights are fun, and the Lovense Remote app is a huge advantage if you like patterns, games, long-distance control and pairing multiple toys together.

It is not the quietest. It is not the most refined. It is definitely more aggressive than elegant.

But if you are buying your first clit sucker and you already own Lovense toys, or you know you want app control and long-distance play, the Fizz is a no-brainer.

It brings direct clitoral suction and tapping into the Lovense Ecosystem, and that is the real reason to buy it.

Also, it looks like a tiny pink orgasm mallet.
